Alys was a woman whom Claire met while she was recovering from amnesia. Alys helped Claire retreive her memory and find Gabe.She helped Claire adjust to the new village, and she cared for her like a daughter. Alys is a midwife and is also a healer, uses herbs as medicines. She helps women with labor and also with death.

- Claire- Claire was a daughter to Alys, she lived with her deep in the woods. Alys saved Claire's life.
